点评：My family and I went to the Sports Center Shelton location to play mini golf on July 20th, 2023. Once we got inside, there were 2 teenage workers that clearly saw that we were waiting for someone to help us. Rather than do what they are paid to do, they sat on their phones for the entire time and ignored us. It wasn't until an older woman (possible the manager) came over to let us pay to play mini golf. After playing golf, we decided to spend $20 on credits for the arcade. We played a few games and even hit a 500-ticket jackpot on one of the arcade games. We weren't going to buy anything with the tickets so we waited around for an employee to come to transfer our tickets onto another family's card so their little girl could use them. After 10 minutes, the older woman eventually made it to the arcade (the teenage boys were probably hiding from work in the back room). The "manager" scanned our card and told us that we didn't win any tickets at all. This is beyond crazy. Not a single ticket from ~30 minutes of playing arcade games. We looked like fools having told a little girl that we hit a jackpot and were going to give her the tickets we won. The "manager" was absolutely no help and said she couldn't do anything about the situation. I will not step foot in that place again and would recommend you follow.
