点评：I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience during our visit to Rameshwaram Temple on 19th September at around 11:40 AM for the main deity darshan.
We were a group of 5 people and paid ₹200 per person for the special entry ticket, a total of ₹1,000. After standing in the designated queue for the special entry darshan, we were asked by the staff to join the 100/- queue instead.
When we politely asked the staff member why we were being redirected despite having paid for the special entry tickets, he behaved rudely and spoke to us disrespectfully.
Due to the delay and the time taken in the process, we eventually ran out of time and had to exit the temple without getting darshan of the main deity. This was extremely disappointing, particularly because we had paid ₹1,000 specifically for the special entry and had planned our visit accordingly.
We understand that managing a large number of devotees can be challenging, but devotees who purchase special entry tickets should be given clear guidance and proper queue management. At the very least, they deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect when seeking clarification from the staff.

I sincerely request the temple authorities to look into this incident, review how the special entry queues are being managed, and ensure that staff communicate respectfully with devotees. I also request clarification regarding the ₹1,000 paid for special entry when we were ultimately unable to have the darshan for which the tickets were purchased.
