点评：I have never in my life encountered a “manager” (man with dreadlocks to be specific) who deals with customers in the manner that we were today. My nieces 5th birthday party. Booked and confirmed 3 times before the day. 23 children paid for to enter - £100s spent on entry, food and drink. The manager was rude and aggressive, walking around shaking his head obviously very disgruntled at having to do anything for us. We asked for a birthday announcement. Told we weren’t able to have one because of the type of party we had booked. Does it cost anything at all to do a tanoy announcement for a 5 year olds birthday? Costs zero! In the end, they did this, but only after a huge fuss which just takes away from the whole day. We had two cakes to hand out at the end of the party. Not to be eaten on site, they were wrapped up ready to take away. We asked for them to be cut or for a knife. First cake was taken no problem, staff member cut it up and we wrapped it up. Second cake was taken up by myself and the manager point blank refused to cut the cake. Said we had sprung a party on him out of nowhere and again cutting a cake was beyond what he was able to do for us. Stood arguing for 5 minutes with 23 children and parents stood there waiting for a slice of cake. He walked off and refused to speak to me anymore. My partner then went up asking to cut the cake, suddenly he was apologetic and went to find a knife! So I guess it’s just women he speaks to rudely and aggressively. I would highly suggest this guy gets a new job and stops ruining children’s parties and ultimately ruining the businesses name. I will not be returning and spending a penny more at this place and I would suggest you do not book a party. There are much better places with nicer, more helpful staff.
