新雪谷村滑雪胜地的点评
点评：Niseko Village is part of Niseko United so the pass will work here. I bought the pass online and picked it up at the ticket counter using the machine. The Niseko United pass has to be used on consecutive days. Like the other base areas, the gondola was packed and it took a bit of time to actually get on.
I was here in February. It was mostly snowing so visibility wasn't that great. The snow was generally great though, particularly around the Country Road Chair. The base area was a bit hard and icy. I was only able to head up the top lift, Wonderland Chair, once because of the winds closing it. That was an experience since it was essentially an open seat the size of a pizza box. Most of the trails were on piste and a bit of tree riding. You were able to slip into Grand Hirafu from the gondola and I think there was a path between the Country Road and Wonderland Chair to get to Annupuri, if the top lifts were closed.
The area did have night skiing, only through the Banzai chair so the space was quite limited. There were quite a few beginner lifts and gondolas which were running too, but it wasn't that exciting to board on.
The base had a small village, Niseko Yo, which was very interesting since it looked like a traditional village. There were plenty of restaurants and a few stores there. Otherwise, there was only Niesko Hilton by the goldola as the other accommodations were outside the driveway.
