点评：Went out with Reef Encounters out of Marion Bay run by Ryan – absolute ripper of a trip! The man runs a top-notch setup. The weather turned it on, the fish were on the chew, and I ended up bagging a solid feed of nannygai and a few sharks to fill the freezer.
Most of the crew were busy burleying up the sea for half the day (some of the best chummers I’ve ever seen), but that didn’t slow me down one bit. Between the laughs, the rods bending, and the boys turning green, it was one of the best days I’ve had out on the water.
If you’re keen for a proper day out deep sea fishing with a skipper who knows his stuff, can put you on the fish, and still keeps the vibes high even when half the boat’s hanging over the side – hit up Reef Encounters. Cheers Ryan, I’ll be back for round two soon!
