点评：I traveled to Edinburgh staying in Leith to have a once a year meeting with relatives, I called the to book a taxi from Leith giving more than 24 hours notice, I impressed upon them that I was a permanent wheelchair user and that it was really important that they arrive on time (12:30) as I had no other means of getting to the destination. When they were ten minutes late I called very concerned to be told that they had no cars in the area but would try and source a driver, Panic set in when it got to 20 minutes late when I called for the third time they stated they were busy with school runs and the Fringe was on. Clearly I understood they would be busy which is why I gave them over 24 hrs notice however they still couldn't say when they would be there. We eventually made other arrangements and got to our destination late and stressed. I urge anyone who is considering using this firm to avoid.
