点评：On arrival popped to reception to get directions, very friendly lady on the main reception.
Spa was lovely friendly staff on arrival and was shown around.
I went into the pool area to wait for my treatment and there were no beds available so waited a few minutes and someone left so got a lounger. Unfortunately the lounger was soaking wet and as I only had one towel was reluctant to lounge on it.. on looking around
After all the loungers were soaking wet as they had a towelling throw with elastic over them..and they stayed all soaking wet the whole time i was there..went for my treatment was absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend.
Head back and shoulders.
My friend came and joined me there were no beds still! So we went into the jacuzzi to wait and after about 10 minutes a couple of loungers came free. There were a few people sharing a lounger..
All the tables had used plastic cups on them. Also a few plastic cups around the jacuzzi area and these were still there 3 hours later along with all the soaking wet loungers didn't see a single member of staff in the spa jacuzzi are the whole time I was there.
Only 1 toilet had toilet rolls and it stayed that way until we left. They were clean and changing are was tidy, although onarrival very busy and a tight squeeze . I'd definitely avoid weekends in future.
Just a few tweaks and it would have been perfect..l shall try again soon and let you know !

我的朋友过来和我一起，但还是没有床位！于是我们去按摩浴缸等，大约10分钟后，出现了几张空出来的躺椅。躺椅上有几个人共用……
所有的桌子上都用过塑料杯。按摩浴缸周围还有几个塑料杯，3个小时后它们还在那里，躺椅也全都湿透了。我待在按摩浴缸里的时候，连一个工作人员都没看到。
只有一个卫生间有厕纸，直到我们离开时都还是那样。卫生间很干净，更衣室也很整洁，虽然我们刚到的时候人很多，空间也比较狭窄。以后我绝对不会在周末来。
只要稍微调整一下就完美了……我会很快再来，然后告诉你！
