We went from lot to lot for over an hour. There was no parking. We looked on the side of roads, overflow parking, we even asked staff who said there was nothing to be done. The zoo has a no refund policy, but since we had to buy tickets in advance, there was no way for us to know what the parking situation was. Now, we love zoos. We even used our reciprocal AZA membership to buy tickets, but our experience… or lack there of, of this zoo is more than disappointing. After an hour of searching/fighting for parking, we simply had to give up because it was not worth it. The website phrasing makes it seem like they know this is a problem and just refuse to address it.
