Hospitality. Great Setting with Poor Experience

点评：This was a 60th Birthday present for my brother. The race course is beautiful and well looked after but I had purchased a hospitality package for us both. On entry we were greeted and taken to the building where the hospitality took place. The lady that took us was chatty and very helpful. We were seated with another 8 race goers at our table and they were really nice and easy to get on with. We were told that the food would be served at 12.45 with the first race not being until 2.20. It was serves at 1.10. There was no choice apart from take it or leave it. We got Cumberland sausage and mash. The quantity was small and quality poor. We then didn't get our sweet until 2.40 after the first race. This was sticky toffee pudding and it had obviously been sitting in the oven for a while as the base was hard and burnt. I then got coffee in the smallest cup you have ever seen. It must have been an expreso cup. My brother asked for tea. After asking a further 3 times he got it an hour after my coffee in the same small cup. I ordered a glass of wine after the 5th race but when it hadn't come my the start of the 6th race I cancelled the order. The surroundings and the table we got were superb but apart from that a very poor experience.
