点评:Initially, my experience with Texas Hills Vineyard was great when I visited in person and signed up for a subscription. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Two weeks ago, I was unexpectedly charged over $500 for six bottles of wine, despite the original subscription price being $175.
I reached out multiple times via call and text to management—specifically Dianne—with no success. Fortunately, Dusty stepped in and was incredibly helpful in getting the issue temporarily resolved and removing me from the subscription. His communication was the only bright spot in this situation.
Unfortunately, despite being removed from the subscription, I was charged again today for another large amount. This repeated billing issue is unacceptable, and the lack of consistent support from management made the entire experience extremely frustrating and stressful.
There have simply been too many issues to overlook. While Dusty did his best, the overall experience has been terrible and far from ideal.
I do NOT recommend Texas Hills Vineyard. There are plenty of other wineries that offer quality service and transparency—this is not one of them.
