点评：The service was very poor.
While the scheduled departure from Tortola was 7:00, the ferry did not leave until 7:09. Then it took 1 hour and 40 minutes instead of the listed 50 minutes.
On the return trip from Anegada, the ferry was scheduled to depart at 5:00. However, it did not arrive until 5:05 and did not get underway until 5:20. We did not arrive at Tortola until 7:00, causing me to have a very late dinner.
Their pilot refused to answer my questions. However, another crew member said that the time depended on the boat, and that this was a slow boat. This boat is not fit for the service provided and should be retired or placed in another service.
Both Speedy's and New Horizons are very punctual. Smith's service is not up to standards. Consequently, I requested a refund for the trip, as the scheduled times were not met.
