I booked transport in April 2025 for a trip on 13 September 2025.
The booking form stated only 20% deposit, but later they demanded another 25% and asked me to cancel if I didn’t pay. In the end, I paid 55%++ upfront.
A few hours before departure, the person in charge Muhammad finally sent the driver contact only and kept urging for the balance payment. When we contacted the driver, we found out the 25-seater minibus we booked was replaced with a smaller 20-seater coaster — without our consent.
Our departure was 12:00 AM, but no vehicle ever showed up. From 12:00 AM to 2:30 AM, Muhammad kept saying the bus was “on the way” and kept asking us to transfer the balance to a personal account (Suzana Binti Suandi). Nothing arrived. We were stranded in the middle of the night and had to make other arrangements on our own.
When several questioned, Muhammad promised a refund the next morning, then changed the date to 8 Oct 2025, and later sent a scheduled payment slip which scheduled date is 14 Oct 2025 (and the transaction was never authorised or completed).
Until today, no refund has been received. We emailed their office (last on 15 Oct 2025) and called their finance contact, Ameerah, but there was no response, the calls could not get through. It seems that our number has been blocked, or they are deliberately avoiding our contact.
With all these signs, I truly believe this company operates UNETHICALLY and DISHONESTLY.
All my friends who see this reviwe can take note on their contact numbers, to avoid being next victim.
