Unremarkable and lacking

点评：Whilst it was a nice location the service left us wanting.
We were not greeted by the concierge on arrival, and found our own way into the spa reception where we were greeted, asked to take a seat and make ourselves a hot drink if we wanted one and asked to complete a tick list for our lunch selection and given a piece of paper with our reservation times on. We were not offered a tour of the facilities, any information as to what services and amenities were on offer to us and only upon leaving did we find the terrace in use.
We entered the changing rooms that whilst clean, smelt of cigarette smoke. Our facial, scalp, neck and shoulder massages were clunky, impersonal and robotic with zero finesse, it felt like a routine that was being worked through and was not a relaxing experience. My friend actually has bruises on her shoulders this evening.
The outdoor spa was so rough, it was uncomfortable to sit in, it also had lumps taken out of it that were jagged and let’s be blunt, just not what you would expect.
We found and walked through the restaurant and were passed by a member of the wait staff, that didn’t even make eye contact with us. The service was so lacking it was almost unbelievable.
The afternoon tea was ok, again nothing exceptional, sweaty puddings were they’d been taken out of the chiller and left on the side a bit too long before serving, no offer of hot drinks being replenished or a wine/ soft drink menu.
This spa day was a long awaited day of rest and relaxation that was a disappointment from start to finish, at a venue that won’t be recommended.
Everything else may have been overlooked if the customer service hadn’t been so abysmal

下午茶还行，但同样没什么特别的，布丁湿漉漉的，像是刚从冷藏柜里拿出来，在一旁放了太久才上桌，也没有提供热饮补充，也没有提供葡萄酒/软饮菜单。
这次水疗是期待已久的休息放松日，但从头到尾都令人失望，而且这家店不值得推荐。
如果不是客服太差，其他一切都可能被忽略。
