点评:Located in the town of Jabiru, come in via Jabiru Road, Leichardt Street and turn at the fire station onto Gregory Place. It's not a particularly large gallery/café but is airconditioned and well stocked with indigenous artworks. The local woven baskets and jewellery were intriguing, as were some of the carvings. Personally, I felt that a lot of the paintings repeated the same theme and didn't feel unique. I do appreciate that the gallery supports a lot of emerging artists so I can understand that many of the artists are still learning their craft. The gallery though small was well laid out and the displayed artworks weren't crammed together. When we were there was a small school group being taught some of the indigenous art techniques, which looked like fun.
I'm not a coffee drinker but the café was doing a roaring trade and, in the afternoon, had sold out of most of their homemade snacks and treats. This is one of those glad that we visited places but not a must go out of your way and see places.

我不喝咖啡,但咖啡馆生意兴隆,下午的时候,大部分自制小吃和点心都卖光了。这是我们庆幸参观过的地方之一,但不是必须特意去参观的地方。
