Super informative tour, great tasting
Flint Vineyard的点评
点评：This lovely vineyard is hidden in the quiet Norfolk lanes. It was a lovely sunny day, if a bit breezey and we were made welcome with a seating area and water whilst waiting for all to arrive. We were given a very informed guide by Ollie the vineyard manager who welcomed questions at all stages of the tour. The first hour was all about the development of the vineyard from planting to harvest and we then moved on to the winery to hear about the various different production processes for the sparkling , still and red wines.
After that it was back to the tasting area for samples of four different wines, still white and red, and sparkling white and rose all explained by Ollie who used to be a sommelier.
Unfortunately we were not able to stay for the lunch offering which looked very tasty.
There is also, of course, a well stocked shop to purchase your favourite wine!
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable and educational morning.
