Good experience but Luck dependent

点评：We loved the Safari experience. First, the logistics. We booked 2 Safaris 3:30 pm and 6:30 am. Routes and guides and vehicles are assigned randomly. I don’t know if there is any way you can influence the route. We had opted for the 8 seater vehicle. The vehicles were great. We were assigned different routes each time. Route 8 for the afternoon one and Route 11 for the morning one. Luckily both routes explore different aspects of the forest. On both safaris we saw animals like deer, peacocks, throughout the route. We encountered lions towards the end of the safari. We were very lucky in both cases. I take away one star for the very reason that your lion sightings are very luck dependent. The guides/drivers can’t deviate away from the route so even if some other route has lions if you are not on that route you won’t see them. We came across people who had same route as us and didn’t see lions after doing the safari for 2 times. The drove through the forest is nice. Be sure to prepare for cold weather especially for the morning safaris.
