Coral Coast Divers delivered one of the most memorable dive experiences I've had anywhere in the world.
Axcel is a true shark expert and the heart of this operation. The best way I can describe him is Jacques Cousteau on steroids. His passion for shark conservation and educating divers shines through in everything he does. His pre-dive briefing was one of the most thorough and informative I've ever experienced—not only covering procedures and safety, but also explaining shark behavior in a way that made the entire experience even more fascinating.
The dive itself was absolutely spectacular. Seeing so many sharks up close in a well-managed environment was both thrilling and humbling.
Throughout the experience, Axcel and his outstanding crew maintained the highest level of professionalism and made safety the number one priority.
I'd also like to recognize Mayra, who was incredibly welcoming and runs the wonderful Shark Bait Café. After the dive we enjoyed her delicious chicken curry made with fresh coconut milk, and it was easily one of my favorite meals in Fiji. The food, hospitality, and atmosphere were the perfect ending to an already unforgettable day.
Coral Coast Divers isn't just a dive shop— it's an experience. If you're traveling to Fiji, this shark dive should be at the top of your bucket list.
