点评：Disappointing and Unsafe Experience – Will Not Return
Visited this soft play centre on 5 January 2026 with my 4½-year-old daughter. We’ve been several times before, but this was our first visit in about six months, and I was shocked at how standards have fallen.
The venue was dangerously overcrowded. Far too many families had been admitted, resulting in constant chaos: children running into each other, colliding on equipment, and queuing aggressively to get onto slides and climbing frames. I witnessed two separate scuffles between children while waiting to access play areas.
Even more concerning was the complete lack of supervision and rule enforcement. Several children were repeatedly running up the slides the wrong way, leading to direct collisions with those sliding down properly. Parents were not intervening, and staff appeared nowhere in sight to manage the situation or remind anyone of basic safety rules.
It felt as though the only priority was maximising ticket sales with no regard for safety or enjoyment. The atmosphere was stressful rather than fun, and I spent the entire time on high alert trying to protect my daughter.
This level of overcrowding and poor management made the venue feel unsafe. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, which is a shame as my daughter previously loved coming here.
I hope management addresses capacity limits and staff supervision, as soft play should be a safe and enjoyable environment for young children.
