点评：Our experience was definitely mixed. The employees were terrific! Everyone from front desk to wait staff to lifeguards to maintenance were friendly and professional.
However, the thermostat in our room was faulty and blew cold air constantly through our two day stay. We called maintenance twice, but they said the thermostat couldn't be replaced during our stay. The hotel gave us a credit of $50 for the inconvenience, but that seemed hardly commensurate with the discomfort we had to endure.
Also, we were a party four, but there were only two dining chairs. I requested an additional two and was told there weren't any more available!
Another negative is the pullout bed. There is no pad and not much in the way of linens: one blanket, one sheet and a pillow. Great Wolf Lodge is an expensive place to stay, and surely they could make things a little more luxe. I did have housekeeping bring up two more blankets: I used one as a mat and the other one to help stay warm.
We were very surprised that there are no EV charging stations at the hotel. given that Great Wolf is a destination property. Even nearby La Quinta offers EV charging to guests, and it's free!
Finally, Great Wolf should provide secure Wifi for guests.
