点评：I’ve never really written a review before, but I feel I have to share our experience. We just returned from our first catamaran family trip in the Cyclades, and while the bad weather was nobody’s fault, the CONDITION of the boat and the service were totally unacceptable for the price we paid.
The boat was in very poor shape: DUST everywhere, DIRTY toilets with a TERRIBLE SMELL!!!, BROKEN Kitchen furniture, BROKEN bedroom door, STAINED cushions, and even a USED first aid kit!!!
Beds weren’t prepared at arrival — we received BEDSHEETS and TOWELS two hours later, and they were NOT CLEAN!!!
We received no proper briefings on what needed to be known while navigating.
Life jackets were not shown to us at the start, and we would certainly have needed them at certain times.
We were offered a complimentary paddleboard, but it was not on board. We had to show written proof by email that it was included. At first, we were told it hadn’t been paid for by the vendor, so we would not be able to have it. After some discussion, we finally received it the next day.
Communication was confusing, as we ended up dealing with five different people in total (lots of intermediaries/subcontractors).
During the trip, while using the dinghy to reach the shore, the engine failed, and the next day we noticed that the mainsail mechanism of the boat, didn’t work properly.
Because of the weather, the itinerary was somehow disappointing. Remember not to go to Syros if you want to rest. We were docked for 2 days at a quite noisy port, right in front of the street with cars, cafes and music blasting until 4 a.m., making it difficult to rest.
As you can imagine, this was far from the “luxury” experience advertised and we expected. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company. I even wrote to them two weeks ago explaining our experience but never received a reply.
