The next night, Chef Roberto prepared a private dinner full of incredible local dishes like bruschette, mussels, pizzoccheri, baked sea bass, finishing off with the most delicious panna cotta we’ve ever had. He was engaging, entertaining, and even taught us some Italian phrases. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and made with so much passion.
The kitchen was spotless afterwards, and we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. Truly the highlight of our trip—highly recommend booking with both chefs!
