点评:A mostly flat, packed dirt/earthen path leads to the flowing springs. We are in rainy/snow melt season, so we did get some mud kicked up a bit but the trail was mostly solid. There were three small tree hurdles along the path but pretty easy to get around them. Also has a significant slope in the terrain just beyond the large tree trunk hovering over the path. No bugs really but a few slick or soft spots in the trail caught us off balance. The handwritten sign was helpful! About 30 minutes each way to the spring and back for us. Enjoyed the very peaceful sound of the trickling water. This was a nice stop but seems to just be the one trail in and out. It is a short drive away from the Dunning Springs and the ice cave. There is some parking space outside the trail entrance, but likely couldn't fit or maneuver a trailer/camper very well. There also appears to be a kayak/canoe launch from the parking lot.
