The place is just to loot the customers.
We wanted to buy astronaut kit for my kid. Manager started with 2500/- rs and then in last came upto 500/- rs. So make proper bargain.
Manager name Rajesh was very rude and misbehaving. After finalising 3D video and whole tour in 200/- per person we paid the amount but then he refused to show 3D video and said its not included in your plan and you have to pay another 200/- per person. And when we said that it is not as per our agreement he told to leave the place and he didn’t refund and said we dont want customers like you.
Puranji is a great person and with great knowledge which tried to intermediate with him and us but he shouted at him and told him to shut up.
Owner Krunal ji also called for such bad experience and offered us to visit again but after such bad experience I didn't want to go there.
I will request owner to take proper action against such person who is making bad image of your company.
guys do think and confirm before visiting such place.
