点评：Where to start about our trip with GWA! It was incredible, my mum and I went on a last minute trip, we booked in January and flew in February, I think it was about 3 weeks from booking to setting off.
We started talking to Maria and Marcella at the start of January, and changed our minds on what we wanted, upgraded some hotels, completely changed locations, added bits and generally were quite chaotic (us, definitely not Maria or Marcella). We felt like nothing was an issue, that it was all par for the course and with calm efficiency, changes were made, recommendations offered and out holiday was planned and booked.
Once in Costa Rica, we had regular communication with GWA, there was always someone available which is a very reassuring service! We had an issue at one hotel where a road closure meant we could potentially miss a connection, 30 other people tried and failed to get hold of their agents to get an update, we messaged GWA and had a reply in minutes with an update and reassurances about the connection.
The holiday itself was fantastic, we did a manic 12 days with 5 destinations not including the overnight at San Jose after the flight. We wanted to see as much of the country as possible in the time we had available and we certainly did that! It’s fascinating how different each area is, we were unfortunate with the weather for a good chunk of the trip but it didn’t impact our experience, even when it rains it is still warm so ends up being quite pleasant. Everyone lives by the saying Pura Vida, it’s a way of life and it’s great. Chilled out, relaxed and happy, that’s the vibe across all the areas we saw.
I genuinely can’t rate GWA highly enough, we are looking at our next holiday and would usually want to go somewhere different but I think we will be going back to Costa Rica as it is so beautiful and the people are so lovely, and we will absolutely be booking with GWA again.

这次假期棒极了！我们在12天里马不停蹄地游览了5个目的地，这还不包括航班抵达后在圣何塞的那一晚。我们想在有限的时间里尽可能多看看这个国家，而我们也确实做到了！每个地区都各具特色，真是令人着迷。虽然旅程中有很长一段时间天气不佳，但这丝毫没有影响我们的体验。即使下雨，天气也依然温暖，所以整体来说相当宜人。这里的人们都奉行“Pura Vida”这一理念，它已经成了一种生活方式，真是太棒了。在我们游览过的所有地区，人们都显得从容、放松且快乐，整体氛围十分美好。
我真的要给GWA极高的评价！我们正在计划下一次度假，通常我们会想去个不同的地方，但这次我觉得还是会选择哥斯达黎加——那里风景如画，人们也极其友善。我们绝对会再次通过GWA来预订行程。
