I registered at gym yesterday. 18/01/2024 Unfortunately, I feel compelled to bring to your attention a negative experience I recently had, concerning the disrespectful behavior of one of their staff members.
On 19.01.2024- 08.33 am Personal Trainer, exhibited extremely rude behavior towards me. Unfortunately, she addressed me in a loud and inappropriate manner in front of the entire class, When I attempted to enter the class on 8.33 am, The first thing she said was that there is no space for you even though there was a empty Bike and when I said but I booked yesterday, she changed her response and showed me watch 'you are 3 minutes late.' You cannot enter ( loudly) .She told me to leave the classroom with a rude tone and an angry face. This not only impacted my motivation to continue with the Gym but also created an uncomfortable atmosphere for me
Certainly, there may be rules for personal trainers, but the way it was explained to me made me very uncomfortable. It is not acceptable in that situation.
I felt belittled, and the encounter was quite discomforting. I joined your gym with the expectation of a positive and supportive environment, and this incident has shaken my confidence in the quality of service.
I hope they can investigate this matter and take the necessary measures. I believe in the importance of customer satisfaction, and addressing such issues promptly will contribute to maintaining the high standards I expect from Cynergy
