点评：Go elsewhere. Day pass was €20 per person (fine) but the staff were completely useless. We went in for a day pass and started working out. There were signs posted “use a towel at all times” or “wipe down equipment”. Upon checking in the front desk staff said nothing about towels. After seeing these signs I asked the front desk and they said wiping down the equipment was fine since I did not have a towel (they failed to mention that the front desk had any towels). In the middle of a set a “professional” aka personal trainer interrupted my and my husbands sets and said “you have to have towels”. We explained that we had already talked to the front desk and he continued “no you have to have them or leave”. We were completely caught off guard as he was extremely rude and pushy. We had no issues getting a towel from the front desk but that was never told to us as an option. After this interaction we felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to cut out workouts short and leave. This rule makes no sense…you have to use a towel but you don’t have to wipe down equipment? People using towels would still leave sweat puddles all over the machines so it defeats the purpose. We will not be returning and suggest that if you need a day pass to a gym, you go elsewhere.
