Big Fun Play Centre的点评
点评：If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.
I booked a party room for my daughter here. $400/90minutes.
The lineups were so long that half the guests weren’t able to even get in until 30-45minutes before we had to get out of the room.
In total- we all, collectively, were only in the room together for like 30 minutes.
When I asked for some $ to be taken off since we didn’t get the full time- the ‘best they could do’ was remove the 2 pizzas I added on. ($40). So it still cost $450.
When I asked to speak to the supervisor over the phone, since he wasn’t there… (which I’ve NEVER done before) he straight up refused to take the call.
The only good thing I have to say is that the room host, Justin, was AMAZING. Super attentive, fast, kind, and always had a big smile on his face.
We will NEVER go back, and I highly recommend you don’t either.
