After we brought our stuff to the new hut, the technician pick up the deposit box from the new hut and told us, we need to go back to the old hut as the one that broken only the safe deposit box, so she just switch the deposit box. So we have to bring all our stuff back to the previous hut and watch the technician to switch the deposit box. Wondering why they are so unprofessional. Total time wasted for the whole saga is 1 hour.
The stress, and painful of watching the whole ordeal of unprofessional conduct really kills the holiday mood.
