Disgusting and Unacceptable Behaviour!!

点评：I don't normally leave reviews but my experience today was despicable, disgusting and disappointing! Which has led me to post this. A very long bearded white gentleman (actually no i wouldn’t dishonour the many gentlemen that exist in St Andrews, he was just an old male) started to talk to another white younger male at the counter about how he is suspicious of people these days when these “types” come in and help themselves and there is such a problem in Edinburgh! By these types he meant us myself, my husband and my 2 children, we were actually very interested by the sunglasses and could have bought multiple pairs! The man continued his insinuations and the lady behind the counter, staff member presumably said nothing, not a word and not even how can I help, we left the store my 19 year old daughter in tears at hearing his disgraceful comments, I felt unsafe saying anything and just said thank you as we walked out the door and hopefully those men understood we understood everything they said about us! Never have we ever been so insulted just because we were not white and my daughter and I wore headscarves. I have been born and raised here as have my children and never experienced this racial abuse and embarrassment! To the owners have a think about the staff in your St Andrews store also take a look at your CCTV, it will show you evidence of a hate incident and the 3 persons by the counter who were complicit, this lets your brand down, what are you going to do about it? Considering your expansion in Dubai, I'm quite surprised at what your staff are complicit in!
