点评：On 18 march 2025, We took the 9pm bus to SaPa. A french couple sitting behind us got money stolen from them. The theft probably happen between the departure at 9pm and 1:30 in the night. The employees on the bus (1 driver, 1 co-driver, and another guy) were of no help at all for the couples. They refused to check the footage on the camera inside the bus.
Two scenarios possible at this point:
A)The employees did a very poor job of security on the bus. They did not watch the in and out of whos moving inside the bus (they were maybe 10 to 15 passengers total).
B)The employees of the bus stole from the french couple. The co-driver ask from them to place their bags at a certain place inside the bus. He acted in a very bizarre way when asked for help after the theft. He seems to be sick all of a sudden. Banging is head, laying on the ground..He also refuse to gets his picture taken and provide cctv footage.
This company needs to do better !
