I booked a round-trip ticket to Halong Bay through 12go Asia, and while the journey there was fine, the return was a complete disaster.
1. Changed Pickup Without Notice: The bus company changed the return pickup location last-minute. When I arrived at the new spot, no bus ever showed up, leaving me stranded.
2. 12go Asia Ignored My Complaint: I provided proof (photos, details) as requested, but after weeks, no resolution or refund was offered. Their lack of responsibility is unacceptable.
3. Zero Care for Customer Safety: Abandoning travelers without warning is not just unprofessional—it’s dangerous.
Do NOT trust this service they take your money and vanish when things go wrong. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank and reporting this to tourism authorities. Book elsewhere!
