Disappointing - avoid if you have intolerances

点评：Incredibly disappointed with this venue.
Our son experienced prom here last night. An event he had looked forward to throughout Y11. One to celebrate completing school and his exams. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what he had hoped.
On arrival, it was absolute chaos, cars blocking the road outside, parents being shouted at for trying to take photos etc. Honestly, I put that down to the size of the event and potentially the fact that school should have advised on how arrivals should happen.
What I can't forgive is the fact they refused to feed my son. He is diagnosed coeliac. There was absolutely nothing available for him. His teacher requested food for him and they told him they would sort something in ten minutes. Despite chasing several times, the food never materialised. How is this good customer service? He returned home hungry and frustrated by the whole event - not how we had hoped this would go for him.
In current times, I really thought venues like this were more prepared for catering around individual needs e.g. allergies and intolerances, especially with advanced notice.
