点评：Our flight back from Punta Cana was cancelled and was re scheduled for the next day.
I had arranged two cars to pickup at Pearson airport, one for my Brother and his Wife going to Kingsville and one for my Wife and I to Beamsville.
When the flights were cancelled ( not delayed but started out that way ) we didn't know until 10:30 PM when the flight the next day would be.
I was in contact with Ken when the flight was cancelled and again when we knew the rescheduled flight.
Cancelling two cars at the last minute on the same day was one thing , but arranging for transportation for the next day was another thing all together.
As it turned out they were fully booked but Ken ( and perhaps Kathy she is great also ) arranged for one car for the 4 of us to my house and then the next day a car to Kingsville.
Amazing really and helped to reduce the stress of a cancelled flight and cars.
I used Dynasty a lot and they have never let me down, but this was an exceptional situation and they came through in Aces.
