点评：Last weekend we travelled with Voel to go see the pantomime at the London Palladium,which included one nights stay in the 5* Courthouse hotel,and one minutes walk to the Palladiums entrance.We had a nice comfortable coach,with a lovely driver called Steve,the coach was lovely and warm inside,which was good as it was only about 2c outside,I say it was lovely and warm,it was for us passengers all near the front,but we heard all those passengers at the back of the coach were cold,surely,Voel shouldn't have put a coach out that day,if their heating system was faulty,especially in cold January? Anyway we had decent 50 minutes comfort stops on the journey going,and the return journey..
The chosen hotel was very nice,it was clean and the staff were very courteous too..
We didn't get our theatre tickets seat numbers for the London Palladium until we got on the coach,which now I know why? As it was advertised as ''The seats are some of the top price seats in the house''...so we booked the trip thinking we would have decent seats at least a few rows( even up to dozen maybe from the stage)..but no,our seats were on the Royal Circle(balcony) 3 rows from the back!!..In my eyes Voel should not have advertised these seats like they did..Yes,I could see the stage,but could not see the actors faces etc..I was very disappointed indeed..Apart from that the pantomime was excellent,We loved every minute of it,and will go to next years pantomime,but book our seats ourselves..
