Non-existent customer service when things go wrong.

点评：We booked tickets to go and see Ricky Gervais’s in July 2024 in Liverpool with Voel couches , after having been on several trips successfully with them. The tickets we booked with guaranteed floor seats and we booked on the day that they came ou, However Voel would not confirm where we were going to be seated until we receive the tickets when we were on the couch to the venue Once we arrived, we discovered that we were two tiers up with restricted vision for all three of us. I took photos of their restricted view and complained to the coach driver immediately as we got back on the couch, I should also like to mention that we were not the only family to complain because we also heard several people complaining about the same thing. The coach driver was very apologetic and advised us to contact the head office. I did this the day after by email and followed the initial complaint up with two emails and two phone calls over the following months however all my communications were ignored and I never received a response. Having read the reviews, this seems to be part of the course for this company Prior to this trip I booked quite often but I will never use it again. What makes it all the more annoying is that I am continuous receiving text messages from the company and even though I blocked them and report them they continue to come through every couple of days.
