Don't travel with Voil

点评：Having been on the occasional day trip & weekend breaks with Voil we decided to try their Hop around the Hebridean Islands 7 day tour.
Sadly the trip was poorly organised by Voil with far too long spent wandering Portee on Skye. A very small town that can be explored in 2 hours max rather the the 4 hours allocated. Needless to say a lot of time was spent killing time in a cafe. Other issues also highlighted just how little Voil had actually researched the trip. Unfortunately the climax was a couple of passengers having a prolonged shouting match with the driver in front of all the other passengers.
The driver ordered them off the coach which only agrivated the situation whereupon the driver stated that he couldn't care less and told everybody get off. Needless to say, no one did.
Quite a few passengers stated that they would never travel with Voil again.
Upon arriving home I wrote to a Voil director over the issues with a request for an acknowledgement of my letter.
Sadly, I didn't receive a response in any shape or form.
Reading other reviews, it would appear that Voil respond to positive reviews only and ignore negative ones.
We had planned to book more holidays with them but not anymore.
