Mystery trip, never again!

点评：On 21st July I booked for my friend and myself for my first mystery trip, I now know why it was a mystery.
We first went to the Weaver Hall Museum & Workhouse, this venue isn't geared up or big enough for a coach party, given an hour and we had done it, interesting but not a day trip, a bit depressing to be honest, we were all ready to move on much earlier than planned. Then on to a small independent retail park close by, some of the shops were closed, most were selling much of a muchness, what I call 'tweky bits' and one sweet shop. After having lunch then a walk around, which didn't take long, we sat around waiting for home time!
My main point to this review is not so much as a very disappointing day out, but with regards to my compliant to Voels and how it still hasn't been addressed. I first emailed on the return of the said trip, followed up with two emails and a phone call asking for an update. Apparently it has been passed to the manager, perhaps he/she isn't managing very well, given the time lapse?
These have been received as you get an nauseating message stating how pleased they are to hear from you! Yeah right 😂
I think I'm being reasonable by asking for either a full refund as it was a waste of our time, or another stated day trip, giving them the opportunity to put things right.

我们首先前往韦弗霍尔博物馆暨济贫院。这个地方的规模和设施都不足以接待旅游巴士团，我们只用了一个小时就参观完毕。虽然挺有意思，但算不上是一次值得专门为此安排一天时间的旅行；说实话，有点压抑。我们早就迫不及待地想要离开。之后我们又去了附近的一个小型独立商业区，不过有些店铺都关着门，大多数店铺卖的东西也都大同小异。有一些我称之为“有趣的小玩意儿”，还有一家糖果店。吃完午饭后我们随便逛了逛，没花多少时间，随后就坐着等待下班时间到了！
我写这篇评论的主要目的并非要说这趟出行有多么令人失望，而是想谈谈我向Voels提出的投诉，以及该投诉为何至今仍未得到处理。那次旅行结束后我立刻发了邮件，之后又发了两封邮件并打了电话询问处理进度。据说我的投诉已经转交给经理处理了。鉴于已经过了这么长时间，也许他们处理得并不好吧？
收到这些回复时，还会弹出一条令人反胃的消息，说他们很高兴收到我们的来信！得了吧😂
我觉得我的要求很合理：要么全额退款——毕竟这纯粹是浪费我们的时间；要么另安排一个指定的一日游，让他们有机会弥补过失。
