Disappointing but expensive experience.

点评：We booked what was presented as a custom Kogui indigenous spiritual experience, including a spiritual cleansing, meeting with a Mamo, and deeper understanding of Kogui traditions. Unfortunately, the experience delivered did not match what was promised. What we actually received was two nights of accommodation and meals within the community — interesting in itself, but far from the spiritual and cultural experience we paid for.
Given the large cost, the experience represented poor value. We approached the merchant in good faith, proposing a partial refund to reflect the significant shortfall. Instead of handling this constructively, he dismissed our request and offered an impractical alternative trek, showing little accountability for the service failures.
It’s disappointing to see such a loss of trust and unwillingness to resolve things fairly. I would strongly suggest verifying exactly what’s included and guaranteed before booking with this provider. Would not recommend!
