点评：Buyers BEWARE! Find another outing!
I first visited the Jackson location in May 2021. Took my sister out and surprised her for her birthday. The show was very funny, but the service was awful. It was mandatory that you buy 2 items as well which was fine, but the food was cold, the drinks was watered down, and server wasn't prompted.
Fast forward to 4/15/2022. I decided to give them another try. I bought 5 more tickets & Took the girls, thinking that my first experience was just bad luck. But nooooo it was worse. Tickets for 7:30pm, didn't get through the door til 8pm. One server to 3 rows of tables seating about 4 people to a table. So, she's got a handheld going from table to table taking orders sending each order to the kitchen. No runners to deliver food, you have to wait until she finishes. She goes & get drinks and food. It's been sitting in the kitchen waiting, by the time it reaches your table it's cold. The bad service ruined my comedy experience. I asked and paid the check and left before the show was over. The management was walking around like somebody owes him something . We get close to the door and was chased down by a server asking us did we have a ticket to leave. I guess they was making sure we spent money and paid for the two items. I gave her that ticket so fast and got out of there. As soon as I got in the car. I blocked all their emails notifications from them. I don't care if they have the best comedy show in the world, I will never go back there again. They need a complete overhaul, starting with management, because they do have great Comedians.
