“HORRIBLE OUTING” Don’t go to this establishment!!
Chuckles Comedy House的点评
点评：Horrible !!
We travel a great deal and this was one of the worst experiences we have encountered. The Owners/The management was much less than professional, Very Arrogant. The owner and his daughter was on sight and were the root of the unacceptable customer service. They chose to blame (us) the customer for their negligence of their facility.
The establishment does not have toilet tissue in the bathrooms and when it was brought to the ‘OWNER’s’ attention he and his daughter became defensive and deflected, the older gentleman/owner said “you should check before you sit down”
No apology, no understanding ,, they said they would call security because it was escalating (we voiced our opinion & pointed out an issue) ,, really!
Don’t waste your time or money. Mediocre food and Watered down drinks are overpriced.
So, if you’re in the Memphis area, you may want to avoid ‘Chuckles Comedy Club’ ,, even if the tickets are free. But then I see why they are ,, FREE. The act ‘T K Kirkland’ was a female basher, cultural exploiter, disrespectful of males and females. Yes, they had to give those tickets away to get the few folk they had.
But most importantly, don’t patronize the owners of this place:
disrespectful, insensitive, very poor management.
DON’T GO!!
