Gave up trying to book the right reservation over the phone or on such a poorly designed and challenging website.
So we decided to drive down and enquire, only to be told our 5 year old isn’t allowed in.
Sent a customer feedback email with no reply.
Staff had the cheek to suggest I’d let my three year old in, and leave my five year old in the waiting room on his own, demonstrating a very poor understanding of what parenting young children involves.
Understandable that businesses want to make money and make safety rules, but they’ve clearly forgotten about the customer.
Poor show jump-n-joy.
