Theaters 3,5,7 and 10 have problems

点评：Went to go see a movie tonight with my whole family. If I go to the theater I will expect it to be the full screen size. It wasn’t. Talked to several employees who said, yea it sometimes just stays that size for the whole movie. The manager Damon (bald guy) at Bakersfield told us to find him after the showing to see if it stayed that same size and he will figure out some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. That man looked us dead in the eye and said that the movie was formatted for a smaller screen…logically why would any company give theaters a smaller format on opening weekend that took 90 million dollars to make. It also seems odd that a smaller screen isn’t disclosed when buying the tickets…Fun fact, I know several people who work there who specifically have told me theaters 3,5,7, and 10 have problems with the projector and have been a problem for a while. We were in theater 3. It’s one thing to not do anything about it, it’s another to lie to my face. If you choose to go to this theater, just understand that if you end up in theater 3,5,7,10 there’s a good chance your showing is going to have a smaller screen for it. Don’t expect the truth to be told when speaking to their managers because they’ll just make something up.
