点评：Summiting Mt Shiratake is an amazing experience! The hike was a medium difficulty, and there were places where some steep climbing was required. The trail offers a perfect blend of nature's beauty and a moderate challenge. The ascent is rewarded with breathtaking views of Tsushima Island, making each step worthwhile.
Reaching the summit is truly rewarding, although be prepared for strong winds—our day was particularly gusty. I'd advise against tackling this hike in the rain. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just seeking a refreshing outdoor experience, Mt. Shiratake is a must-visit on Tsushima Island.
While walking sticks are available at the trailhead, it's worth noting that the only restroom facilities are a short distance down the road. We packed lunch that we enjoyed near to top, and it was very enjoyable.
