点评:I visited with 5 friends mid August, we booked with no problem but were very disappointed with everything from then on, 2 of us arrived first - no smiles, no can I help you - basically pointed over to our table, we weren't asked if we had painted before, weren't given any instructions or anything. We basically found our own way round things, we weren't told about the lovely glazes that we found our selves. So no instruction, no greeting and no interest in helping at all, every thing was almost too much trouble. Didn't seem to believe that a deposit had been paid, "will have to check that", well yes but there are ways and means of communicating information. I have been to a lot of different pottery painting establishments over the past 6 months but will never set foot in Ugly Duckling again - our creations were collected today - one thing had stuck to the kiln and was patched up with a colour that is nowhere near the original colour of the object - looks terrible, collection was disorganised and just dreadful. I was looking forward to visiting as its an award winning establishment, having worked in customer service for over 20 years I would say no customer service was received and was thoroughly disappointed.
