点评：Breath taking experience, we booked the Mendenhall Glacier Walk About through Holland American Cruise line. Was concerned we would be cancelled due to rainy weather and cloud cover, however the weather gods came through for us. Our tour went off as planned. The staff at NorthStar Trekking were fantastic. From the shuttle pick up at the doc to the staff on site at the airport, the pilot and trekking guide. We spent a good amount of time on the glacier, we walked around on the ice, drank melted ice and learned a lot about the glacier. NorthStar provided boots, Pants, Jacket, gloves, crampons, and a fanny pack. Take your camera, wear layers. The temps in Juneau were around 49 degrees f. On the glacier it was closer to 35 degrees f. We were all nervous flying in a helicopter for the first time, however it was amazing. This is a bucket list activity, if you have the chance don't second guess it, go! After the return they shuttled us back to the pier. Again, we would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks for taking care of us and giving us memories of a lifetime!
