点评：Our group of 12 persons traveling around Portugal with Osa Bus during 8-14 May 2026.
We rented a minibus with driver, but Osa Bus upgraded it to a coach instead.
The coach was comfortable but because of its large size, it couldn't drop our group off at our hotel in central Lisbon on the last day of the trip. The coach parked so far from central Lisbon that we had to take three taxis to get to our hotel. After these we contact to Neha Verma, team support of Osa bus the person we were in contact with throughout the trip. Neha Verma followed up on what happened and informed the company, and they are happy to reimburse the taxis fares we paid as compensation. We really appreciate the company's responsibility.
Note: This is our second time renting a minibus with driver from Osa Bus. For our first time back in 2023, we used their services for a trip around the Dolomites region in Italy.
