点评：We enjoyed a fantastic week on SaraLin, a Fountaine Pajot 45 Elba. This was our seventh charter in the BVI and our third experience with TMM.
TMM was excellent from start to finish. They excelled in the booking process, the checkout, and even the scheduling of taxi rides to and from the ferry. Our catamaran was the best-equipped and most comfortable boat I’ve ever chartered. We did encounter a minor water flow issue in one of the heads, but TMM Operations guided me through resolving it quickly over the phone. Being a boat owner myself, I know how rare such issue-free trips are.
This was the first boat I’ve chartered with a water maker, and it turned out to be a game-changer. It allowed us to stay on moorings every night without needing to dock for water fills. The water maker was straightforward to operate and completely trouble-free.
Getting to know a boat’s details and complexities at the start of a charter can be challenging. However, TMM’s checkout process was highly informative, providing just the right level of detail without dragging on. The operations manual they prepared for SaraLin was excellent and proved to be a valuable resource during our charter.
If you’re considering a charter in the BVI, I highly recommend contacting TMM.
