Lakeside SoftPlay的点评
点评：We have visited here a few times with a baby who is crawling not yet walking.
Positives
- lots of seating and seats have a good view of the play area
- small space, easy to keep an eye on the child at all times
- separate baby area for under 2s
- cafe does really good coffee
Negatives
- commercial radio stations playing on the speaker (with advert breaks) which isn't the nicest atmosphere
- limited options at the cafe for people with dietary restrictions (visited one time with a person who is gluten free and we were told there was nothing she could eat)
- there is a corner with some baby/toddler toys, all of which could do with a good clean, there was visible dirt and grime in the corners etc of lots of the toys that was noticeable the last two times we have visited
- book online system where you have to pay upfront £6 regardless of the age, but crawlers are only supposed to cost £3 and staff don't offer a refund when you check in (even though online it says that this is how the process works).
Overall it's been a good and safe place for the little one to play, but next time we want to go to a soft play we will choose somewhere else locally instead.
