点评：Great customer service today at Wakefield’s, Horsham as we have come to expect from such a high class jewellers.
We purchased a new platinum and diamond wedding band and engagement ring back in 2022 to celebrate our Silver wedding anniversary.
Unfortunately a couple of months ago I noticed that one of the small round diamonds in my wedding band had fallen out without trace. I took it in to be repaired with a replacement diamond and was delighted to collect today and then to be told that the ring had been replaced with an identical new one and with no charge. They then also polished my engagement ring.
We had purchased our original wedding bands and my engagement ring back in 1996 and 1993 from Wakefields jewellers. Then being served by the late Mr Wakefield.
The whole team at Wakefield’s are delightful from Ella who served me today. Lovely environment, always welcoming with the offer of refreshments and friendly and informative staff. The reason why we remain loyal to this independent family business.
Another member of staff talked me through the ear piercing service today as my nervous daughter has now decided she would like to have her ears pierced at Wakefields. Very helpful.
