点评：We hired the boat for the two of us as we love exploring and wanted to support the local business outside the hotel. Very helpful girl with the good English and all clearly explained and we bought four hours. We took the boat and got to a cove (two coves away). The first cove was too busy to put anchor down and it was very choppy. We settled in the next beautiful cove Trebaluger. We snorkelled and then we tried to start the engine to get going again to the next cove. It wouldn’t start. We called the emergency number and a lad came out and tried to get us going. He said the boat was broken and that we would have to be towed back to Cala Galdana. By this time both my husband and I were very very seasick. It was very choppy and we had spent ages trying to start the boat. The tow back was very bumpy and stressful and the boat had filled a bit with water. When we got back they said “it’ll take us ten mins to fix it and then you can go and have the rest of your two hours left”. I told them we were too sick to go back out and we wanted a refund. Their mood changed and they were unsympathetic to the fact that they had sold us a dud boat. They initially refused to refund and get telling us to get back on it and finish the four hours. Very mean and unkind. Eventually we got a partial refund but I will be back for the rest of my money.
